Return Policy
Duration and Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Damage Inspection:
Please examine your items upon arrival and report any shipping damages within 3 days to expedite the resolution process.
Non-returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made or personalized items, 3D printed goods, and any product made to your specifications. Additionally, downloadable content and items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for returns.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@dreams2things.com with your order details. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email, and the cost of using this label will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Sale Items:
Sale items are eligible for refunds under the same conditions as regular-priced items. Please note that partial refunds or credits are not provided for purchases made before or after a sale period.
Exchanges and Gifts:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Gifts can be returned in exchange for a gift credit of equal value once received back in its original condition. Refunds for gifts will be processed back to the original purchaser upon return of the item.
Shipping for Returns:
