Shipping Policies & Info
General Shipping Info
Most of our items are custom made to order and therefore have a set handling and production period. Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. However, this may be longer or shorter based upon the item. Please see the shipping notes on your purchase receipt.
All orders ship with a tracking number that can be used to monitor the status of the package in transit.
Please note: the listed delivery times are based on the average rate provided by the individual carrier and could be longer based on your location and service restrictions. Dreams2things is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
If you are having trouble tracking or receiving a package, please contact us at sales@dreams2things.com
International Shipping
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Dreams2things has no control over these charges, nor can Dreams2things predict nor calculate what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. In addition, when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Please Note:
